- Domestic shipping charges are based on the weight
of the package. Priority mail usually takes 2 to
3 days to arrive.
- Some of our products are made to order and may
take up to 2 additional weeks to assemble before
shipment. Any additional lead-time is noted on that

- A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once
your order has been shipped. This confirmation will
include the tracking number of your package.
- If you decide to refuse any shipments from James
Piatt, you are responsible for the original shipping

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within
30 days of receipt for items that have not been used,
washed, damaged or altered in any way. Returns must
include the original box.
